Waited 4 hours for my car to be returned
My self and 3 other families jumped in a car with a driver and made him drive us to the storage site to get our cars back as they couldn’t tell us when they would arrive
We basically went to collect our own car

I used this company for parking for a few years and had no issues. Always good prices and pretty good operationally.

Booked a car park for 2 weeks recently in Luton and our flight got canceled so had cancel the parking 2 days after booking.

Asked them to for a refund as they offer free refund less 15 GBP service charge, which I was ok to pay.

They offered me a voucher which I didn't need as I don't know when I'm going to be flying from Luton next time in this climate. So I confirmed I needed full refund please.

After multiple chasers via email - no response. I've just filed a case via my credit card company and waiting for them to resolve

Very happy with the booking process and the excellent price for 8 days parking at Gatwick, also very friendly staff. Hopefully everything goes well when I leave my car in their hands and will write another review on my return from holiday.

I have used Mobit Airport Parking for Meet and Greet services at Heathrow airport since 2017.

Each time, the booking process is easy, communication is quick and seamless. I was given clear direction on how the service was going to work.

I have used several Meet and Greet services on their platform and I haven't had any issues till date. My car was collected and delivered mostly on time (a few short delays on delivery but not too bad), and their rates are competitive.

I'll definitely recommend.
