We upgraded from the old micros e7 system in June and couldn't be happier. The interface is logically laid out and changes can be done either from the office pc or the POS terminals themselves (support is able to tie right in to each station).
Daily reports can be customized to provide the user with exactly what info their particular business needs.
Also, the InCharge app gives real time snapshots of how business is going. I use this way more than I thought I would.
All in all this is worth the nominal monthly fee, especially since customer support is included.

Overall, great experience. Stephen made the process very easy as he set up the whole system and answered any questions that we had. He made sure the POS/printers were up and running and patiently walked us through the system.

The POS is the best my restaurant has ever had. Simple, yet has everything we could possibly need; employee hours, loyalty program, & works with my delivery platforms (Ubereats, Doordrash)... The biggest plus for me is how quickly the system itself actually runs, no delays, no glitches.
