"We switched from Harbortouch to SkyTab…"

We switched from Harbortouch to SkyTab after our rep said that it was a much better system. The only difference is that the old Harbortouch would get bogged down with the memory getting full. SkyTab is iCloud based, so that problem went away.

The problems with SkyTab are many. We have spent many hours on the phone with support trying to work through them, but it has turned out to be like pulling a loose thread on a sweater. All in all, we have literally spent at least 20 hours in total with support with most of happening when problems arose during business hours. Try dealing with that when you're slammed.

The problems are too numerous to mention and it's all been made worse by our rep who has repeatedly told us that they would be sending out a tech to help resolve our problems.

Currently shopping for a new system.

Installers are clueless and system is more down than up. Poor customer service.

The customer service was great! the follow up was amazing. the pos system was easy to use and very easy to train my employees. Only issues was some updates needed on some of the online features.

The fact that David (the tech) sat here for 12 hours an helped us with every little question is crazy to me. You don’t get service like this anywhere. Easy to use, several ways to pay, easiest system I’ve ever used
