No tienen autorización de ninguna clase, para hacer reservas, si vas y no hay plazas,pues te quedas en la calle, así de simple no vale para nada la reserva

Reservé en parking de plaza J. Benavente en Madrid para 3 horas. Cuando llegué, estaba completo y tuve que esperar como una más a que saliera alguien. Me explicaron que no reservan plaza. Cuesta casi el doble reservando: 3 h. por 15€. Cuando la tarifa normal son 8€.
Volví antes de las 3h y no devuelven nada.
Reconocieron en el propio parking que no vale para nada reservar. Solo para forrarse alguien. NO RESERVÉIS!!

"I would NEVER TRUST PARCLICK with my Business"
I arrived in Paris yesterday afternoon and parked my car in the parking I booked. When I went to the carpark office, I discovered that the voucher was for a SINGLE parking ticket, instead of MULTI-ENTRY one. I called Parclick instantly on the number I found on Internet - only to discover that the number was either outdated or a dead-end. Not ringing. I assumed that one day would be enough to get a response and used the Online Form to request Parclick to contact me IMMEDIATELY to change the SINGLE-ENTRANCE to a MULTI-ENTRANCE pass. I didn't mind to pay the difference as I realized there may have been a misunderstanding and I wanted to be done with it and to enjoy my holidays.
However no one responded, despite the fact that I sent 3 urgent e-mails and 2 online forms in the last 24 hours. I provided a complete explanation of my request, left my mobile number, and requested for an IMMEDIATE contact, but received NO RESPONSE at all.
I don't know how is Parclick run or how are they still in business but I know that this is my FIRST TIME in over 20 years as an ONLINE CONSUMER that I HAVE WITNESSED A COMPANY TO NOT BOTHER AT ALL WITH WHAT THEIR CUSTOMER NEED OR THINK ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. I lost a good 2-3 hours to investigate, to inform and to request for feedback, and to write this review, but IT DID NOT SEEM TO MATTER AT ALL.
I decided that I will not spend the rest of my Christmas Holidays trying to fix what seems to be a CRYING IGNORANCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The 104 EUR I paid are not worth the frustration.
However I am sharing this experience with YOU, because YOU, as POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS NEED TO KNOW WHO CAN YOU TRUST with your business. And for me personally this experience has led me to the conclusion that I WILL NEVER TRUST AGAIN PARCLICK WITH MY BUSINESS. I will look for an ALTERNATIVE providing similar rates and a lot higher CREDIBILITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I knew this earlier.
But I learned my lesson...
