Very convenient to be able to prebook parking in the right place. The directions given were easy to follow however as the car park was unattended it was quite stressful needing to explain over the intercom my booking details. When we came to leave it took quite some time before we were allowed out of the car park as the attendant did not know what to do and needed to call her office for advice.
