I was an employee at LendInvest and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The training program was deeply unprofessional and disorganised. When I joined, I felt rushed through the training without proper guidance, which left me unprepared for my role.

One major issue I faced was being singled out for not completing my training, despite other team members being in the same situation. It felt incredibly unfair to be targeted while others were allowed to progress without the same scrutiny. Additionally, I was constantly compared to my peers regarding their progress, which is not only discouraging but also dismisses the fact that everyone learns at their own pace.

Moreover, I witnessed the unfair treatment of another employee who was made redundant, supposedly due to financial issues. From my perspective, it seemed more like she was bullied out of the company rather than a legitimate business decision.

I also faced scrutiny over my mobile phone usage, while it was clear that others were using their phones frequently without any repercussions. When I reached out for help, I was criticised for asking too many questions, which was incredibly disheartening. It felt like any attempt to seek assistance was met with resistance.

Ultimately, I left early on Thursday because I was uncomfortable and struggling with my mental well-being. Overall, my experience at LendInvest was marred by a lack of support, unfair policies, and a toxic environment. I would not recommend this company to potential employees.

I have been working with Lendinvest for many years now, having carried out many successful development projects and find them to be flawless in every respect. Their attitude, appetite, and sensible rates make them a joy to do business with.

"Experience as an investor is poor"

My experience is as an investor with Lendinvest, I invested three pots of money in three different property deals. They all started out well but one by one run into problems of one sort or another. Out of the three all went wrong in one way or another, one was late in paying out and two out of the three are now in arrears with one going into repossession. Communications on the deals gone wrong are slow and vague. There are a lot batter providers in this space, I would avoid investment with this company.

I recently submitted a bridge case to LendInvest which has since completed. From initial enquiry to completion, the process was very smooth, and quick. I contacted my BDM, Rod McPherson, in the first instance to discuss the case and talk through the questions I had- which are probably a bit more than the average broker as I can over analyse, but this was not a an issue for Rod who was happy to answer all that I had to ask. Having talked through the enquiry with Rod and going over what options would be available, I was delighted to obtain terms for my client at 90% ltv. Having a BDM who always picks up your call is very helpful. The case was processed very quickly by the underwriter and she kept me regularly updated with was much appreciated. I was also able to select dual representation, which saved my client a large chunk of money. The completions team are also on the ball and the case completed on the day the vendors requested. Additionally, the application portal is very easy to navigate.

I would not hesitate to use LendInvest again, and look forward to submitting my next case.

Had x2 rather tricky cases with LendInvest [I am the Broker] and i was able to discuss things with my BDM, who supported the case and had it reviewed by the underwriting teams.

Any points of confusion were remedied when required to be and both cases progressed through to offer in a timely fashion, taking into account the complexities of the cases.

The underwriting teams were proactive and moved things along efficiently. I definitely will be using LendInvest more often.

"Disaster "

Firstly - combining Borrower and Lender reviews into one average rating is meaningless. I'm sure borrowers are happy as apparently they are allowed to repay as and when (and if) they please.
I have currently 7 investments of which only one is not in arrears (it hasn't matured yet). The rest are in arrears, in breach or in enforcement. All but one of the delinquent loans are in the hands of receivers, some have stopped paying interest bringing my overall return to 2.12%
How did these guys get given this business for their playpen?
