Recently placed an order, and had issues with delivery (never received). The company re-shipped the order at no charge, which I just received. It took a little longer but I am happy that they took care of my issue with no additional expense.

I ordered a few products for out clinic with hopes it will arrive in a couple of weeks. To my amusement it has arrived in less then a week from different location in the world, all perfectly packed, on ice which was not even melted and in great condition! Did I mention that prices were better then anywhere else I checked?
