The product was reordered and my deliver arrived one month after my original payment . There were no updates, explanations about my order.
I was never contacted or notified that my order would not arrive and there were no concessions , rebates for this purchase.

I wanted double ice packs on my Dysport order, I am in Texas and gets to 100 F regularly. I didn’t get the message through before it was shipped. The package was cool, but I think it would have been a lower temperature on arrival with double ice packs.
