My shipments are not sent out in a timely manner. When calling there is no resolution. my april 7 order became stuck in customs. and a replacement was not sent out for 10 days. I had to reschedule because the replacement order was not received for 5 days. My current order was placed 6 days ago and still has not shipped. this company has become very unreliable
