What I found was very poor communication with the Solicitors. I had to be the one to contact them and help them in certain issues. I assume a solicitor works for you and helps you achieve your goal.
I hate when an email is sent and no response is received. I sent a few to the purchase case officer, and I was so surprised and very disappointed with her performance.
