Although my completion date was pushed back a few times only because
Direction Law had a few grey areas to sort out ref my builders solicitors. They took their time and got the job done correctly. Emma in the Canterbury office
went the extra mile for me.

The process wasn't very smooth, I had to change solicitors twice. It was very difficult to receive updates at the beginning. Cheap but not great! I will not use this company again.

"Direction Law, Absolutely terrible"

My experience so far with Direction Law has been stressful, frustrating and dehumanising. I have tried to contact my solicitor via email, phone, I don't even have an option to leave a voicemail because the number always cut's off and it's never answered. After complaining to the main switchboard I was offered a call back from a senior partner within 48 hours of my enquiry, I'm not holding my breath. It’s been 7 weeks since I instructed Direction Law to carry out my conveyancing and a shared ownership resale property and all I’ve received only 2 emails from them and nothing more. It’s impossible to get any kind a real-time update from them, it feels like the mushroom theory, you’re left in dark and have no idea what’s happening. I would not recommend or endorse Direction Law.

Absolutely terrible.
No responses, causing delays, not reviewing any enquiries from the Lender so I had to sort out everything in between to try to resolve any unresponded items. Never use their service.
