"Got the job done but very poor communication"

Got the job done with my mortgage and purchase but there was very little communication throughout the whole process. I contantly asked questions and got vague answers back. My solicitor also wasn't reading the billing emails correctly when the reciept said they owed me money I was asked to send them the money instead. I asked over the phone and was told that the amount was 'just in the wrong box' I then spelt it out in an email and her response was that she was wrong and wasn't looking at the email properly. Would not use them again!
