Wasn’t the best experience with them. Used them when buying my first property. Had to keep chasing them. I also had the property developers keep contacting me because them couldn’t contact anyone from Direction Law to talk too. The whole point was they did that so I didn’t have too I thought? Plus at paying the final bill (which I’d normally have absolutely no problem paying) I really thought they hadn’t earned that total fee.

"Unsupportive. Unhelpful. Rude."

As a first time buyer, things should be exciting. Ashley Munt was unhelpful and so unsupportive during our sale. She was rude on email, and funnily enough never picked up her line to speak to me when I need urgent help/advice.
When you do call the main line, the receptionist puts you through to an extension that no longer exists and you are cut off automatically.
I will never use Direction Law again, awful service.
