Communication is really poor.
Started well with lots of information about the process and who would handle our case. We were move to a different office and therefore different case handler/solicitor but were not told. In fact we were only told after sending a 3rd email in 7 days due to no communication what so ever for the past 6 weeks
Whenever, we sent an email for an update, it took at least 2 emails to get an update.
The most consistent communication we have received is from the point of you wanting feedback. This is my 3rd reminder to do the feedback
