I strongly recommend not using this company. I used them a year ago to buy my first shared ownership property.
Now selling the property I have discovered they failed to register the house in my name, likely resulting in the house sale falling through and me loosing a hefty sum of money.

I am now in the process of making a formal complaint and they continue to fail to get back to me through the complaint process.

In addition, my housing association specifically said not to use them when selling the property. As they have also had bad service.

Very pleased with direction law (Birmingham branch) as they helped us get our first shared ownership home in less than 3 months. Mainly communicated through email until just before completion date when we have to discuss things thru phone to ensure the target completion date is met. As long as you are prompt with the requirements asked for then there'll be no problem on their end. Will recommend them and if needed will use their service again. Fees are also reasonable.
