I have just sold my house and I have instructed Direction Law to undertake my sale conveyancing. My file was handled by the Birmingham branch. I had direct contacts with both Bethany and Mr Sookun. They kept me updated on the status of my file all the times and even supported me when I had to withdraw from the sale of my property to another potential buyer due to personal reasons.

Even when she had leave she ensured everything was up to date and I had continous contact from her and colleagues.
Lucy would always respond to queries within a couple of hours, once the sale was complete and I had a question she still responded within the hour.
