Bought two Techtron Pro 3500 on June 25th 2023. One for my son and the other for my daughter. After a few weeks one of the scooter stopped working and started beeping continuously. I contacted Techtron and sent all the associated proof of purchase and video evidence of the issue. They refuse to repair or replace , stating that I did not register the scooter on their website within 30 days to make use of the warranty. My son is now left devastated.

I will review my post once the item is replaced. Arrived well packaged however only 3 out of the 4 acrews fitted to secure the handbar. I immeasurable rang to notify that I was rejecting the item, and was told to resubmit all the details in writing and attach video and pictures which I did. 3 days later I received an email saying
"we are sorry to infrom you that it will take another week to give you a proper update regarding your issue.
but next week we will call you and give you an update regarding your issue."

Sorry why does it take a week?
I don't want to raise this as a dispute with my credit card company utilising section 75, as I intended to buy not one but two. The first one ordered was to check it matched my requirements and had it not been faulty I would have ordered a second one.
I did not get a response so I sent a WhatsApp message
Nigel, I've received a very vague email saying there is not going to be an update on the item until next week, I've replied to say it's not acceptable and was due to order a second one. Can you please advise exactly what prevents this issue being addressed.
I purposely chose not to shop via Amazon as I always try to support smaller sized companies.
He replied "i Do understand but , there is some issue in our wharehosue and that is why the dealy."
I assume dealy is a delay.
So far no further updates.
Not the best of experiences so far but like I said I will amend should the service improve.
