DONT BUY FROM THESE CON MEN. Absolute joke of a company. I ordered 5 scooters from techtron, I opened 2 and both stopped working within 3 days and both from the same thing, they wouldn’t charge no more.
Spoke to a woman called annu mooken, she wanted photos of everything plus videos, as I requested to return them, after I’d sent what must of been 20+ photos and videos she arranged collection. Photos clearly showed 5 scooters delivered back to them but they are demanding only 4 been delivered therefore trying to put me over £200 out of pocket.
This is still on going and I will be getting the ombudsman involved plus authorities as techtron arranged collection so nothing is down to me and tracking proves 5 scooters collected. I also have videos and photos proving they collected 5 scooters.
BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

These THIEVES still owe me for 1 scooter. Promised me they had refunded it over a week ago yet this proved to be lies with an email they sent a couple of days ago. HONESTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I’ve never dealt with a firm this bad in my life. The next employee that is full of lies is AVA MICKELSON. Stay away. I’ve just seen that parcelforce have stopped deliveries as this company haven’t paid their bill with them.

ANOTHER UPDATE. customer services called time to ask me to remove this review. Not trying to resolve anything. All they are bothered about is this review. I’ve spent weeks on end trying to get my money back off these con men and they have the cheek to call me and ask to remove this review. No compensation offered or anything for all the messing about it’s caused me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. send me a free scooter and I will delete it

"Customer service is non existent"

I went to their website for general enquiry, they call themselves Multibrand not techtron which was a bit confusing.Their email service does not work. Nobody answers any calls. Imagine the nightmare of trying to get replacement parts for your scooter. Luckily I haven't purchased anything from them. The only response I got from them is here after putting a review on trust pilot.

Very impressed with this little scooter. I weight 165lbs. And live in quite a hilly area. And this little machine never lets me down. Would def recommend.
