Brilliant comms from the customer service department and a great scooter for the price.
There was a delay in it coming, which was really annoying as I’d paid for express delivery. I then read the reviews and panicked! No need to, they responded very quickly to my email and subsequent emails. It took longer to come than I would have liked but they refunded the extra I paid for the express delivery.
I’ve just emailed them again to get some spares. Again a very quick response. Would highly recommend.

We paid again £15 for another delivery service 3day ago..and still waiting for replacement!

Thank you so much Meghna for all the help you have done for me. Right from the moment I got issue with the LED to the time where I had to return the scooter. It is none of our fault that the scooter was broken and not working. However, I feel very sorry for you as you have helped me a lot throughout by answering my all the queries and at the end I had to return the scooter. I really appreciate the way you talked every time I reached out. You were very polite, helpful and on point throughout the process.

So far so good, easy to operate and holds speed well, although struggles up hill but nothing a couple of kick assists can't help, 116kg.

I was looking for a cheap and affordable scooter to use at the local park with my kids. The Techtronic Elite 3500 ticks all of the boxes and more. It's well made and easy to use via the app. My kids love having fun on it. The only downside if I'm nitpicking is the weight. One advantage of the weight is that it feels sturdy and planted whilst riding.

Purchased the techtron 3500 for my son as a surprise. He was over the moon when it arrived. Unfortunately after a few weeks bolts started to come loose on the handle bars, mid guard and front light, I continually tightened them up however they would just come loose again, this resulted in the light falling out and snapping and the mudguard coming loose and snapping, the scooter had also by then started to choose when I wanted to turn on. I emailed techtron but it took weeks to get a reply, when they did I replied straight away with all the details they had requested, weeks later I'd still had no reply and by this time the scooter had given up completely so I rang them, they sounded helpful over the phone and just said I needed to send a video for proof which I did within 30mns. Still no response for weeks so I phoned again, this time they have told me that it's due to wear and tear so they will fix it however I will have to pay to send it to them in the original box and also pay for the repairs. I made it clear I was not happy with this which resulted to being shouted at. They've now added that they will only repair the battery if it has done under 1km. This is a joke, I purchased this to be used, not to be an ornament in the corner of a room. 1km of use is ridiculous. This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, no respect for the customers and clearly happy to supply them faulty goods and refuse to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered 2 scooters however 1 arrived faulty in the box unable to turn on, I contacted them numerous times and not getting anywhere with them not replying to emails and on the phone I was told of one lady on Friday that management agreed to replace it and would hear back by end of day Monday, Tuesday comes still not heard called back as no reply to emails and lady said she knows nothing about being offered replacement and to give them time! Asked to speak to manager she woundt let me just asked for time, time for what it’s been going on a week and not getting anywhere they sent me a broken scooter if not sorted by end of tomorrow will be reporting them to trading standards and hoping I’ll be able to claim money back through my credit card.
