My initial order was lost by the courier, Maggie the customer service agent was amazing, she resent the order and even when I accidentally put the wrong postcode on the delivery she was very patient and sent the delivery again at the company’s cost!
She rang with updates and went above and beyond to help me!
I did initially struggle to find a contact number to ring but once u did the customer service was excellent! I look forward to receiving my order today!! Thank you 😊

Scooter has one bulb blown was told to fix it myself. Still waiting for them to send replacement bulb. Never answer emails and so hard to speak to someone who has any customer service skills. Scooter if done apart from bulbs but wouldn't buy from these guys again.

Throttle on the scooter keeps popping off when my daughter tries to use it, £300 out of pocket. I’ve emailed but no reply.

I placed the order no shipping updates a week later, non responsive to emails asking for updates, the aftership tracking doesn’t work! Trying to track down my order of two scooters is a nightmare!
Still have no information on when my order will be delivered it’s very worrying!

"The e scooter arrived with a cable…"
The e scooter arrived with a cable hanging out so the scooter was unable to be used, I contacted techtron customers services after trying 4 different numbers, was told they would get someone to call back but they never did, I called back on 3 occasions after sending photos and video as requested. Eventually they told me to send the scooter back at my own expense they would not pick it up free. When I asked if they would send me a replacement they said no I would have to order a new scooter and pay the £25 delivery charge again. So in effect I have no goods and paid £50 for delivery and return cost for a faulty scooter that could never work.....very poor way to treat people.....avoid at all costs!!!!!

"Great Scooter BAD delivery"
The delivery was nearer a week not the time specified took a day off work to receive this and was cancelled by the depot, not Techtron fault I belive it was APC they then tried to deliver to me when I called them to say no one would be home and to deliver to the neighbour but the box was so badly damaged the driver did not want to deliver it.
This box on the previous deliver attempt was intact on the ring door bell footage so this has happened at there depot and they said this happens with them moving them between cages.
After un packed scooter was intact bar a few scratches and the wires from the steering coloum where stretched so far they had to be pulled back for the handle bars to be fitted again I believe this again was from the delivery company.
Scooter is well made and works as should and overall good quality.
Really let down with the delivery service especially at the price paid for the service

The brake light cable broke within 2days and the silver lip in the right handle bar fell out but other than that works fine
