"scooter purchased as a gift but stopped working very soon after arrival"
purchased one of their scooters as a gift, received a functional but incomplete scooter, contacted and requested missing items but never received them. Scooter has subsequently stopped working but arranging collection with this company has been extremely difficult and still not resolved (collection requires advanced payment and then multiple photos of packaged item before they agree to collect but they simply refuse if they don't like the look of the packaging regardless of how well it's been packed).
Scooter is now completely useless, customer service is extremely poor, waste of money.
Update : scooter subsequently collected and replaced but procedure should not have been so difficult or stressful.

"NO WARRANTY DANGEROUS SCOOTER"
Bought 2 techtron elite 3500 e scooters in June. Only riden twice abroad and both are broken. My mum was riding one and her brake cable snapped when on a busy road and was extremely dangerous and could have caused a serious accident and a couple of days later the throttle on mine broke in pieces and and doesn't work at all. We thought that they were a bit flimsy when we got them but as we were only using abroad and looked after them it would be OK. As they were only 2 months old when they broke I didn't worry as I knew they had a warranty so when I got home I tried for a week to contact them but it was extremely difficult. I sent off all pictures of damage and when they responded they told me that I had to pay for everything. If I wanted to fix myself I would have to pay for the parts and postage and if I wanted them to repair then I would have to pay for the return and parts and labour. I was disgusted. I only wanted them repaired and even if they had sent me the parts for free I would have accepted this but not at my cost when they are supposed to be under warranty. So the warranty is completely worthless as are my scooters. I have now had to contact trading standards and my bank to try and get reimbursement that I never wanted. Absolutely shocking company that don't want to help when something goes wrong

"Avoid Techtron/multibrand"
Paid for next day delivery, waited three days for it to be delivered. Scooter then developed an error code after three days of mild use. Had to send two videos, photos, back and forth emailing.
They now expect me to pay £25 delivery charge to return a faulty product before I can get a refund. That’s over £50 I’ll have paid in delivery charges for a scooter that is useless.
Where’s the guarantee I even get a refund? I definitey do not want a replacement if I have to pay £25 to return every time something goes wrong with the scooter.
Avoid this company!! Not professional at all! I have taken the issue up with PayPal.
I have a very disappointed son with no scooter.

I order an escooter & paid £25 for next day delivery on Thursday. Monday still hadn't been sent. Called & spoke to customer service who appologised & advised parcel force is having issues and cant do the delivery for 3/4days. Seemed very odd for an international delivery company so i called & spoke to parcel force that confirmed Techtron hadn't paid their bill so parcel force is refusing to pick up their packages. Now I wouldn't have cared if techtron used their initiative and got it sent out with another courier but instead they filled me full of lies. Very disappointing as I bought the scooter in the sale & was really looking forward to receiving it. Now I will have to wait until techtron pay their bill so parcel force will deal wirh them...
