"The worst service I have ever received"
Worst service I have ever received from a business. Took two months to replace a phone screen, replaced it with a faulty one and pretended nothing was wrong with it. I am now forced to take legal action to as they are refusing a refund....
Aside from the main problem, these guys rarely answer the phone, never respond to voicemail and can take a week to answer email. They don't give updates even when they miss their estimates and they don't give sensible estimates to start with. They even forgot part of my repair order... I paid extra for the back to be replaced, but after 6 weeks they send an email saying "hey the back is broken do you want us to replace it?".
I sent my phone (Xiaomi Note 3 MCE8) to them in late June with a cracked screen. This is a rare phone in the UK so I checked before sending that they could repair it. They took the IMEI to be certain of the make and model.
After they received the phone they wouldn't acknowledge they had it for a week after the courier delivered. They THEN estimated a month to repair. I finally got the phone back TWO months later with a faulty (or fake?) replacement screen and the back panel improperly glued on.
Instead of offering to look at the phone again they immediately blamed an entirely unrelated software fault with completely different symptoms. The cracked screen was working fine before they had it.
After an extensive argument their only offer has been to have it back and replace it again (with another fake?) and CHARGE ME FOR DOING SO. It took two months the first time, I can only assume this would take ANOTHER two months. That's not even close to acceptable.
I have demanded a refund and they are ignoring the demand. It is now September and I have neither a working phone screen nor my money.
This is utterly shameful service and bad in too many ways.
