"Easy to order and straightforward installation"

Easy to order, arrived on time and was a straightforward plumbing job for my plumber (took a couple of hours). He's fitted many makes but not a Softenergeeks one before - he was impressed. We've now enjoyed softened water for a week now; very different from our usually very hard Cotswold water.

Bought the machine to replace old failing softner. Machine arrived quickly , and i found set up was easy after watching youtube clip.
Found the tablet test supplied very helpful it took 9 to turn our test bottle blue.
7 days on and the softner is working well, would recommend , its not mandatory to pay a thousand pound plus to get good soft water

My order and delivery was dealt with efficiently and fairly quickly. The softener was a very fair price and was purchased because of it's small dimensions as I had very limited space for a softener. It is early days yet and only time will tell how efficient and reliable the unit is but as of now (two weeks after installation) the softener is giving us softened water to what is a fairly hard water area. Don't forget that you should still have a drinking water supply direct from the mains.
