I was very impressed when purchasing our first water softener from softenergeeks in May 2018, they helped me choose the best model for us and it works brilliantly. Now nearly 2 years later I needed a plumbing part and immediately sorted out and sent to me. Really excellent customer service.

They are very reticent about payments made by credit card. It was taken a week and a day to proceed the delivery because of that.

"Basically a good machine but does not…"

Basically a good machine but does not come with any flexible pipes so you need a plumber to install the machine. Very bulky check the measurements of the machine and the area you want to install it. Need to have room to raise the lid to put the salt in so don’t put it under a shelf.
