I have called in regards of missing items a few times, and they say they will sort it but never have. Once is fair enough but then another order things were missing, rang again and again same thing with no result

Order placed on Thursday, delivery did not arrive the next day. still hadn't arrived by the Tuesday afternoon so emailed to ask for an update on the delivery. Didn't get a reply. It finally arrived on the Wednesday but items were missing that were on the delivery note. Phoned to report this and was told the manager would phone me back as he had to deal with that, but have not received a call.

I have been a customer with TyneChem for over 10 years, there has been no reason to change wholesalers / suppliers as TyneChem always delivered what they promised.
I am a Healthcare provider responsible for 6 independent pharmacies. My most recent experience was on 27 March 2024, TyneChem approved and delivered my order less than 24 hours from initial order.
Highly recommend if you’re not already a customer as they stock everything from Packaging to Sundry Products.

I have previously written
Was sent and billed circa £400 for stock I did not order. I couldn’t get a resolution so posted on here stating dissatisfaction. The product was uplifted early December. I was asked to remove my 1 star rating. I have still not been credited for this stock and account has been put on hold because I have not paid the invoice for the stock that was sent in error and collected. I have corresponded many times via different media, still no resolution 5 weeks after the stock was collected
