DEPOSIT STILL NOT RETURNED AFTER 2 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS FROM STAY !!
We booked a temporary apartment through Homelike from 29.04.2022 to 28.07.2022. We also added their AXA insurance package to avoid any problems during our stay. A deposit of 2000 EUR was paid.
After moving out, we requested the return of the deposit from the landlord and were informed that they will renew the paint deducting 450 EUR from the deposit!
We involved Homelike in the conversation since 29.08.2022 as we already had their AXA insurance, and of course the apartment had already been rented numerous times since then, but the deposit is not returned to date!

Daniel Fernandes hat uns hervorragend betreut. Er rief jederzeit zurück und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Mit unserer tollen Wohnung in Waiblingen hat alles super geklappt und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich bedanke mich recht herzlich für den hervorragenden Service! Wir mussten unsere MasterCard sperren lassen, so dass es uns nicht möglich war, hierrüber die Miete fristgerecht zu überweisen. Frau Liehmann war sehr freundlich und bemüht, zusammen mit der Vermieterin, eine möglichst schnelle Lösung zu finden, dass ich kurzfristig doch einziehen konnte.
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toll! Gerne teile ich an dieser Stelle diese äußerst positive Erfahrung und empfehle Sie weiter!

I have booked an apartment for a long-term period through Homelike and booking was super easy and transparent. Moreover, one of the agents - Daniel Fernandes, who was in charge of the process, was super helpful throughout the whole process. He was dealing with my needs/requirements till the last detail. So, overall I totally recommend Homelike and I want to thank Daniel for his service.

I've been in contact with Max to find a suitable place in Munich. His responses were fast, which was great since I was in a hurry to find a place last minute.
The politeness and consideration on his part made the whole process much easier.

"Terrible Customer Support"
I booked an apartment on September 9th and canceled my booking on September 15th because of misleading claims in the apartment description (for example it said there would be a separate bedroom when in reality there were no doors between bedroom and living room) and unresponsiveness of the landlord.
While the landlord apologized and aknowledged my cancelation immediately, Homelike was still "processing" my cancelation for more than a month and did not refund my payment. I tried to contact Homelike multiple times via their contact form as well as per hotline, but didn't get any answers. The contact form just resulted in an automated confirmation without any further follow-ups. The hotline just hang up every time a had finished to answer all the automated initial questions. I had to contact my bank and issue a formal complain for a chargeback, before Homelike suddenly recognized my cancelation and refunded the money (more than six weeks after my initial cancelation)!
On top of that, Homelike charged me a €90 "processing fee" for my cancelation even though I canceled within 14 days of my booking (and several months prior to the renting period) and so according to European consumer rights I should have received the full payment back (because Homelike is a German company and I am a German citizen). So essentially they still owe me approximately €100 for this "processing fee" as well as default interest for the late refund (8,37% p.a. according to German law).
This is terrible!

"Die Schüsselübergabe lief problemlos"
Die Schüsselübergabe lief problemlos, die Wohnung ist auch sauber gewesen. Leider gibt es gerade im Flur ein paar Schäden an den Wänden und die Fußleisten fehlen komplett im Flur. Dann ist die Küche für längere Aufenthalte nicht gut ausgestattet. Im Bad hängt der Klopapierhalter leider nicht mehr schön an der Wand und ist lose.
Der Vermieter ist aber super freundlich.
