I had troubles to pick up with the parcel, I receive a email from a currier without a code to pick it up, not very smooth the process, very annoying actually. But the customer service of hardloop answered fast.

"Hardloop sent wrong size shorts"

Hardloop sent wrong size shorts ( not size ordered ). I let them know of their mistake, then they asked me to send photos of labels inside shorts. Then they send me a return label which I have to print out ( using my ink !) and attach to return parcel ( using my plastic postal bag or course! ). Sent them a copy of receipt from post office as proof of delivery . Now they say I have to wait until they receive the returned shorts before they will give me a refund !. All the time,trouble and cost they have put me through and now they have the cheek to make me wait for my refund !. ( assuming they do refund my money that is !! ) . I regret using this company .
