"Prepass will steel your deposits"

Prepass sucks, it's a waste if money , there customer service is horrible they will charge your account for a completely different carriers tolls then not try and correct it , They will also drag their feet to refund your money and lie to there customers just to hang up the phone this is the norm with prepass, I recently also shut my account down with them over this after being a good customer for years with them and they didn't refund my 275.00 deposits on devices that were returned and verified were recieved, Also managers do not respond and call back with in the 48 hr time frame we were told 3xs now. Service has gotten worse stay away at all cost.
