After driving for 6 months using toll services of PrePass and one level 3 inspection . My weight station bye pass is activated and I love it. Amazing service, I giggle every time I get a green light and see the long line at the scale houses!!! I gave a bad review last month but now I have full access to all the functions of PrePass an I love it!!

I've had prepass for a year now I paid the full year up front ! They send you emails about your blance but don't email you or give you a courtesy call that your year is about to be up but that WILL give a late fee !!! Bad attitude customer service !!!!!

Can't express enough how nice it is to be able to bypass weigh stations. I don't ever run heavy, so being pulled in to ck my weight was always a waste of my and there time.

They can get you bypassed however it's a bait and switch situation. When you talk to them on the phone, this is the friendliest and most competent they will ever be towards you. I signed up for auto pay, after two months they turned it off, started getting charged late fees because I was expecting the bill to be paid automatically. Turned it back on, got charged more late fees because the bill wasn't paid. I canceled their services over 7 months ago and still getting emails about owing them money, every time i get one the price goes up, I think its up to over 180 dollars now. Customer service refuses to talk to me, they won't give an intelligent answer or be helpful on the phone, emails are useless. Prepass exercises very shady operating standards but what can you expect from companies that extort truck drivers.
