Prepass has horrible customer service! I went through tolls, and when I submitted an invoice received (several notices) they didn't take care of it. What's the point of having and paying for a service whereas absolutely no service is being done!

I would rather stop at every Weigh Station than to utilize this worthless service!!! My new transponder is working flawlessly and I'm not getting charged a monthly service fee. Save yourself money, time, and a headache by not signing up for this service!!! Zero stars at best!!! I'm writing this review to bring potential customers awareness! You'll thank me later.
