"I've gotten 1 legit bypass in 3 months"
I've gotten 1 bypass and was charged a dollar. The only other time it's green is when the station is closed. I'm paying a monthly fee I guess you still gotta pay the tag fee. I will be returning the bypass device it's just not worth it.

I am getting red light bypass entering California from Nevada entering interstate 15 all the time and everyday.

I keep getting my prepass shut off and having to turn it back on about my IFTA number being inactive and you guys say it's the state doing it. I've talked with the state and they say it is on prepass's end and not theirs. I would like this to stop happening. Everything else seems great so far

I still have not received my prepass equipment, but have been charged since July of 2022. It’s now October 20, 2022. What’s up with that?
