Bay Alarm Medical worked with my family as a team. There were several members of my family involved in obtaining the personal alert call button and a GPS call system for our parents. We talked with Bay Alarm Medical customer service several times and the people we spoke with had access to our information, so we didn't have to explain everything again. We appreciate their helpfulness.

Bay Alarm has been the perfect supplier. While the unit is a bit larger than I expected, with all that it does, I am quite well satisfied.

Terrible documentation and customer support agent wasn't very helpful. Told me to google videos to get help in setting up unit. Refuse to prorate billing from date I received unit and instead charged me for two weeks of transit time. Looking into competitors now.
