I selected Bay Alarm Medical for my elderly father a couple years ago for having the highest Consumer Reports rating but also for meeting all of my criteria when comparing the top 5. We recently changed out the device after a cellular connectivity issue but I still had concerns, eventually being escalated to a senior representative who went above and beyond my exceedingly high expectations to troubleshoot until I felt comfortable. It’s such a pleasure working with a company that places such a high value on customer service.
