My experience with Bay Alarm has been excellent so far. They have been responsive during the testing phase and ensuring my Dad has the correct product. He has not needed to use it yet, but the testing has gone really well. I feel like he is in good hands should there be a fall.

Cheaper than other company’s but also has some better features like fall detection. Customer service is so nice and helpful. Glad I went with this company.

System stopped working. We contacted BAM agent and notified we needed to reconfigure the main box & hook up to WiFi modem. Once connected the system appeared to work as expected. The concern is we were not notified until we contacted Bay Alarm Medical, even though they knew our previous configuration was incorrect.

CSR person was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable & helpful.
The young lady that I spoke with was exceptional in helping me solve some neglected responsibilities.
