"Robots Do Not Work "

I was trying to set up the device for my husband and couldn't access the plug-in prongs. The robot I spoke to was HORRIBLE. I couldn't understand him nor did he have an answer to my questions. This is a very bad business decision on your part to use robots when your main callers are older people. I'm sure even young people would be offended by your robot. I was planning to recommend your company to friends, but now, given my experience, I definitely won't

"Bad company policy"

We have an extended warranty and the device failed.
It is hard to believe that a $40 shipping charge is necessary for the shipping of a life saving device.
Makes little sense to us.
