Bay Alarm called me directly when I was in an area that couldn’t reach my alarm. It wasn’t that long but for them yo call me after a few minutes of lost signal, surprised me. They did a wonderful job even though I didn’t need their services. 5 Stars

ALL of my questions were answered. When I needed help with my device, there was someone to help. BEST of all, when I tested my device, I got a very fast response plus a phone call to verify whether I needed help or not and the representative that called was very polite. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. I'm truly glad that I looked into it.

Ordering the Bay Alarm medical alert system was simple and painless. I appreciate the follow up calls reminding us to test the system monthly because we forget. The cost is affordable and definitely worth the peace of mind know my mom has access to a person in case of an emergency.

I recently received a call to upgrade my device, as the one I was using was to be discontinued soon. The rep was very helpful and patient in helping me select the best system for my needs. Bay Alarm Medical allows me to continue to be independent despite my medical challenges.

Your representative was excellent. He was clear, patient, informative, and successfully guided me through the process of switching from my landline connection to cellular. He helped me to pair all of my buttons and test them. He also verified my information to make sure everything is current. Very thorough.
