My mother's Bay Alarm device was not working. Able at customer service was extremely helpful. He had me try several solutions, he talked me through every step, and explained how and why we were trying different things. At one point he put me on hold to research the landline provider my mother has and the modem to see if they were an issue. After 45 mins I asked if there was a different device and he said we could go with a wireless/cell phone device. Which we did. Able was so patient as I asked questions and I repeated directions back to him.
A company with good customer service personnel and a good product are my reasons for choosing a company. Bay Alarm has some of the best customer service personnel .

I'm 86 with hearing aids. Customer service rep had slight accent. Had to ask him to repeat conversation several times. When I tested device volume was OK. Device is now charging. Flashes red and briefly blue. Rep told me this is normal.
