Vacation Marbella is zeer betrouwbaar, duidelijk met het geld, zeer snel en duidelijk in de communicatie en eerlijk over de kwaliteit van de accommodatie.
Alles heel transparant.
Gewoon uitmuntend dus.
Een bijzondere dank aan Ara en haar team, wat enorm goed en prettig hoe alles geregeld is. Een absolute aanrader.

"Great Apartment and Service Vacation Marbella "

The Apartment and Experience with Vacation Marbella was Excellent, I would dare to say the service is better than the apartment. Location is just top, situated in one of the main streets at the port of Puerto Banus view on the port and Cale Ribera were all shops and Dining are. Let's start with the booking experience going direct at start I was a bit septic but the whole booking process was flowless, they Vacation Marbella team is very responsive( mostly via What's up), quick, clear, prompt and more important understanding and friendly. The payment went really smooth, extra services such as cleaning that we requested for every 2 days( towels, sheets, cleaning) were as agreed on cost and on time, their cleaning team are very efficient and friendly it did exceed my expectation but again that process went really well even when we asked specific slots, hours to perform the cleaning. The location is great, to be considered at night it can be noisy due to large passage of tourist going and coming from dining, but we liked being on our teras after a long day and cool down with the drink and seeing people passing by. I consider the service high level as per all the above. The apartment used to be Luxurious but has lost some glamour little update is recommended. Overall amazing, I congratulate the Vacation Marbella team has made my family stay about the Holidays and not about the arrangement! Cheers. Family Slimi.

Apartment is in the best location of puerto banus . Very clean and comfortable . Very beautiful view . Some issues with the door. Code was not working . And no elevator . The rest was perfect .
