Finally managed to get through to them eventually to be told the order had been cancelled. Now left with no internet till I can sort something else

I was having issues with the internet and my speeds were criminally slow. I rang up, spoke to Denzel who was not only a really nice guy but sorted my issues straight away. Honestly I cant say a bad word about this guy and the service I got once I got through.

Wifi worked for a few days after installation then never worked, constantly dropped out, and spent hours trying to speak with customer service, charged an extra £10 per month for the mesh system that never worked. When I tried to cancel, they told me the charge was £350.00 cancellation charge. Awful customer service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.
A contract agreement was made between two parties, supplier failed to supply service, yet still charged us.

Update 1st June - still the worse internet. Never works. No one answers phone on technical support. They are a complete rip off. I never have internet that works but I have to pay for another 12 months. You stay on hold for 30 mins then they cut you off.
Worst internet and customer service I have ever experienced. Do not put yourself through the pain. I have had 12 months of intermittent, rubbish internet. The customer service has become non existent. I have been waiting for a call back for over 6 weeks. I email and call regularly and get automated responses with no outcome. I will be taking it further.
