"Worst wifi ive ever had"
Worst wifi ive ever had, absolutely horrible support, ive had this for almost a year now and all they have done is swap out the router once and continuously told me that they will get back to us and sort it out, the wifi goes down every other day and when the wifi is up, i get less than 1mbps, i dont understand how my data (hotspotting 3 other devices) is quicker than the wifi itself

"When 6G is working is great - however…"
When 6G is working, it’s brilliant.
However.
I have lost internet where I live frequently and repeatedly.
Engineers have been out endlessly trying to resolve the issue and have failed.
6G cannot give any reassurance that they can resolve this issue so I’m getting rid of them and going with BT as reliability is paramount and I’d rather pay more for an internet service that isn’t perpetually failing.
One week recently, my internet went off on average 25 times a day for 6 days. I was told engineers were working (yet again) on the transmitter in my area. AFter this work was completed I lost internet repeatedly. I called 6G for the umpteenth time and told the person who took my call that unless someone in a senior managerial position called me within the next 2 days to discuss these issues then I would bin 6G and go with BT.
No-one called.
When the internet 2 days later failed yet again, I called technical and Dorani who took my call said that my experiences were unacceptable and he readily agreed that 6G were TOTALLY INCAPABLE of resolving the issue as to why the internet was persistently failing and could offer no guarantee that the issue woudl EVER be resolved and I could expect this problem to persist as 6g had already spent 6 months trying unsuccessfully to resolve it.
BT are arriving on the 5th of June to install my home broadband at which time I shall return 6G's router back to them.
6G is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!.
Wi-FI internet at 100mbips - great idea - unfortunately 6G does not have the technology to support it.
BE WARNED!!!

Excellent service received from Denzil at 6G this evening to resolve an issue with my internet connection after experiencing problems all week.
He was professional, friendly and efficient in resolving the problem and also ordering me a new router to avoid any further issues.
Very patient talking me through the technical side this evening, thank you !

The crappies WiFi ever made ,customer service such a joke ,used to wait on the queue for ages literally 3 hours and just before the get served, they closed the line ,horrible

The times stated online say Monday to Friday until 8pm but you try to call them and they say there offices are closed, the biggest scammers was supposed to call me back at 17:30 that never happened, I'm averaging 30mbps when it's supposed to be 100mbps if you want a consistent connection this company is definitely not it avoid 6gi at all costs really not worth the million phone calls and keep getting fobbed off whilst they tell you your connection is fine, okay so I'm calling all these time for the fun of it 🤣 dogsh*t that's all there is to it 💩

Had to phone technical support as no Wi-Fi the First Gentleman was very friendly and helpful trying all sorts of things to sort it out but was unable to fix it after a couple of attempts he decided to send out new equipment arrived a while later now working ok. Through out the repair time I found them very helpful and friendly easy to talk to and listen. Thank you.
Up date I was promised a reduction on my monthly bill for not having any Wi-Fi for 3 weeks because of the above after several txt message to them no response and no reduction

Cheap and fast but absolutely abysmal reliability. Nothing but problems since I joined them and I will be leaving as soon as my contract is over.
