"Inconsistent"
We have been on 6g Internet for about 18months now. When it is good, it is very good. But we have frequently had a low signal strength adversely affecting use of TV and Zoom. Lately it has got worse. The support people on the phone are always very nice. We have had a rooter replaced, our frequency changed a couple of times and other interventions but it is still not right.

The wifi disappears to go on holiday every few days. When I told customer service about this they always say they’ll send a new router but it’s been a month and no sign of one. Very disappointed switching to a different company asap!

In the years I have been with 6g, I have found everyone I have dealt with to be helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I've had 3 technical issues, all of which have been promptly solved in my time with 6g. It's a very good record to have.

Please save yourself time and money. I've had a horrible experience, and counting down the day till my contract is over. Every 5 -7 days my Internet goes down for the passed 6 months. I've emailed, called, used online chat and sent an website enquiry. All they do is try and get rid of you off the phone, they will lie and say an engineer will have to come out to you. Transfer you till the line goes dead . Online chat isn't much better they just stop messaging you and ignore you. When you mention all this they say there's no notes on your account stating you have an issue. I've spent so much on extra data for my phone ,having to hotspot my family. The first 12 months was great I've never had such stable Internet , I even recommend it to my neighbors,how much of a fool I feel now.
