Its been nearly 6 months since my speed dropped and i made several complaints and even left a review here as well after which they asked for my details and i provided, but nobody contacted me. They’re the worst internet providers. Worst customer service.

2-5-24. Router problem. Very polite, helpful and clear instructions from Denzil to resolve.
10-05-24 UPDATE. Promised a new router would be dispatched 3-5 working days, still awaiting delivery. Internet continually dropping out and unreliable. Supposed to be 100Mbps, currently running at 5-10Mbps or less. Been told by the tech operator that there is NO RECORD of a new router being dispatched, so someone is lying and it is not me.

So our 6g experience has been good but to customers who say about low speeds there are 2 different GHz bands you have 2.4 GHz and 5GHz, both Xbox and PlayStation are setup on the 5Ghz band with speeds up to 100mb but never below 75mb and the rest of the devices at home i.e phones and Google home are set on the 2.4ghz with speed ranges of 24mb to 52mb. Don't think in the time we have had 6g we have had a disconnect it's been constantly on as far as I know.
So Before you call Customer services try using the 5ghz band of the router I think you will be surprised how good the speed and connection is.

Be warned - didn’t get a good signal - cheaper and more reliable services available with leading providers - don’t go to these back street people.
Also giving these money is making towns look cr@p as they put them stupid poles up everywhere.
