Brilliant Company.....They managed to rebuild my citybike rear wheel ...new spokes etc ...I had taken it to Halfords but they couldn't do it so wasted 2 weeks of my time. Forget Halfords for Bike repairs use these guys !!

Following a pretty nasty crash, Bike Hero was able to look over my bike, replace broken parts, perform a full service, and return it to me in great condition! Thanks to all at Bike Hero for getting my bike back in riding shape!

Since we have starting using Bike Hero for bike services the level of quality is extremely high and the customer service excellent. From the booking process, bike collection and drop off, and interaction about the works required, I have never experienced a problem and find the whole process seamless. All the staff are knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and we would not use anyone else for bike servicing.
