It was excellent for me to get my bike collected and serviced before riding it, because I hadn’t ridden for a while, as well as know the bike had been passed road worthy. Bike hero collected and returned my bike promptly at a pick up point tailored to my circumstances. Mathew, the engineer was polite, efficient and did an excellent job: very customer centred company. I definitely recommend bike hero to anyone.
I didn’t give five stars because I was awaiting an email in response to a request and the answer came in a message and I thought they hadn’t replied. Knowing they would contact via email or message wasn’t mentioned and would have been helpful.
However, this didn’t reflect on the silver service Bike hero did, they did a splendid job.

I wanted to fit a Boost electric conversion kit to my 2011 Brompton, but I couldn’t even get the back wheel off. I asked Bike Hero to do this for me, along with servicing my bike. They picked up the bike, serviced it, fitted the Boost kit and necessary changes to the gears, and delivered the bike back to me. They messaged me via Hubtiger to keep me informed of progress at all stages. The pricing is very reasonable.

I’m very happy with the service and will definitely recommend Bike Hero and I’d definitely be happy to use them again.

And my bike is as good as new and the electric conversion kit is awesome!
