Top quality experience. The whole process was easy and simple. I will always use Bike Hero for all Bike repairs.

Great overall service. My bike was collected within the allocated time. The driver was very polite and courteous. I explained that a part had come loose snd was stopping the back wheel moving.
It took about two days before I received my quote. Everything was explained to me, in plain language. No jargon. My bike was delivered back within the next two days. It is now running great. The price was very good. That included collection and delivery.

"Poor quality of service"

I sent my bike to be evaluated and also to be made necessary repairs that every bike needs when it is used constantly in April 2024.

I paid for the services at Bike Hero for the following repairs:

*Shimano gear inner × 1: £6.99

26 x 1.5 - 2.0 inch Schrader inner tube × 1: £6.99

Sintered disc brake pads for Shimano M965 XTR / M966 callipers × 2: £35.98

Disc brake bleed (per brake) × 2: £40.00

Shimano chain Ultegra CN-HG701 116L 11s × 1: £39.99

Silver Service × 1: £99.00 Total: £228.95 GBP

Unfortunately this service was poor in quality and after a month in May 2024 all repairs made by the Bike Hero company had to be redone again. I contacted the company and sent all the details with invoice email that the other extremely qualified company and with good products can fix all the repairs of my bike.

From April until today 10/14/2024 I try to contact you by this email regarding the complaints sector in the company:

I try to talk to the company for reimbursement of the poor and poor quality service made on my bike.

To this day I have no return and also no justification because I have not had my amount refunded. I believe that my money is being disrespected by the company as the service that was charged was not in accordance with the amount.

Please be honest with me and return my money!!

The pick up and return service helps around other work commitments. Only small issue is not knowing an estimated time until the day (hence 4*). This can make planning your day tricky if important to you. The process of booking and keeping you informed of the service and what is required alongside the payment process is excellent. The bike came back good as new.
