"£65 for Dead flowers"

I paid £65 for a bunch of flowers for my grandmothers birthday. The flowers arrived and the girl left them sitting at the front door, otherwise I would have told her to take them back with her. Full of greenery, the flowers were not all fresh, some of the flowers were browned and dying. I tried to call the store on 3 occasions to make a complaint and had no luck. Please don’t waste your money,
