"I was told I would get two sets of keys…"

I was told I would get two sets of keys and found that there was only one fob. I found that there was no lever to allow the passenger seat. I was told that one would be sent. that was a month or two ago. When I went to the store I had to wait for someone to sell me a car even know I was there in the afternoon of a weekday. They did not follow up. Still nothing on the lever. I am not impressed!!

Katie was the first person we dealt with and was nice enough to send the car down to the Laurel store which is much closer to us. Talking with Alex and ultimately dealing with Javier made our experience very easy.
When we are ready for our next purchase we'll go to Carbiz first.
