"Overall good, needs to be quicker delivery "

Overall good, but the communication is slow , on average from ordering a repeat to receiving your prescription is 2 weeks, it's also been 3 weeks when flower has been found not to be in stock. I do get tired of emailing customer service to find out if the process has progressed or not. There needs to be a system that knows exactly what's in stock, maybe a list of flower on our personal online portal and the specialist needs to sign it off within the day of ordering not 2-3 days, At times i personally have had to ring the pharmacy to speed the process up, I've been told by customer support that the hold up is the pharmacy, yet when I ring the pharmacy they have said they are waiting on the prescription still, which in some cases has been 7 days from the point of reorder . I've waited upto 4 days just for a specialist to confirm my reorder. The whole process should be no longer than 5 days from start to finish. However that said the customer support are very friendly and the flower is good quality and overall treat it are the best value for money after trying various other clinics. If they reduce the process time the review would be 5 star.

""Breath of fresh air" Cannabis Clinic with proactive and friendly approach, knowledge of the trade and dedicated staff 👍🏻"

I was trying to enroll to medical cannabis clinics for over a year, to soothe chronic pain related to my severe health conditions, and wind off from opiats painkillers, which were somewhat helpful, but not of many pain factors - and with serious side effects.
But many clinics I've tried either were way too expensive, or had hidden costs, or - in most cases - doesn't care or even simply do not respond to my request.
"Treat It" is different, like breath of fresh air: from very beginning, via WhatsApp channel I was approached by Mr.Shakir, who patiently and with positive attitude helped me through enrolment, explaining and then following on each step. His understanding of subjects, knowledge about struggles and step by step guidance make my journey to prescription normal and pleasable. I felt that someone finally listened, understand and is dedicated to help new patent, and can't thank him enough for his dedication.
Step two was registration on their portal and supply requirement documents there, easy and in common sense way - then initial video appointment with Specialist Nurse, which conducted step by step questionare, accomodating my very unique health conditions, and - again 👏🏻 - proactively investigate my needs and expectations, explaining next steps and how to get used to medication, her appointment was positive and helpful, once again I felt listen to and understood.
This clinic have medical consylium at Tuesday's, when team of doctors and nurses assess new cases and decide what will be proposed by doctor appointment following days.
My doctor appointment couldn't went better: phone conversation was professional, doctor know my case already, and have deep understanding of my problems.
We had very focused conversation about choice of flowers, type of strains, with different values of active substances, which helped me in very competent way to choose strain most beneficial for me to start with. Doctor explained to me as well different formulations, vapes and oils, practically teaching me about benefits and differences between different products.
Very focused and helpful.
I'm looking forward for my first prescription to arrive and can't way to ready myself to leave opiates behind, with hope that this approach will let me deal with restrictions on much better conditions.
I can definitely recommend this clinic to everyone considering this natural, and often much better - when compared to "big pharma" medicine - treatment 👍🏻

"I totally agree with Ben"

I totally agree with Ben,the only thing I will say it is slow and I mean slow,communication I've found is shite,email takes a day or two for an answer and I downloaded what's app for no other reason than to talk with someone but have never had a reply.sounds more like a me problem now tho.The elephant in the room is cost tbh,close to £300 to get started is alot of money all in 1 go.personally I would look into other ways to pay as there is not one I've heard of that does on the actual medication itself not the consultant fees.

"Sloooooow and tedious process"

Sloooooow and tedious process, typically 7-10+ days from ordering to dispatch. Every order goes through multiple stages, fair enough, but each step takes forever. Then it bounces back from the pharmacy because it took so long they no longer have stock, and you go through the process again. Have been with them ~18 months and this has got much worse in last 6 months, will be seeking an alternative now as I am fed up with it.


On the plus side the staff are friendly, reasonably responsive, and the quality is excellent. Just a shame the fulfilment is so poor.

"Slow and full of mistakes"

Slow and full of mistakes. Every time I order there is somthing causing a delay which takes up to 12 days to resolve. My last order was initiated on 31th december and was not arrive until 11th january. Weather thats them not sending the prescription to the pharmacy for up to 4 days or the poor customer service. Not sure I recommend and ill be looking else where this year.
