I just spoke to someone on the phone from here this person wouldn't let me get a word out continuously trying to push a pressure sale onto me wouldn't let me speak wouldn't let me ask questions just continuously speaking over me sounded like they were based outside of the UK, It was so bad I had to put the phone down.

everyone I spoke to was helpful and the service received was quick and accurate. Whatsapp contact system was also a great help to save on phone calls.

Highly recommended always get my prescription to me on time and always let me know if something I ordered is out of stock before I pay. My first clinic I’ve used but so far 5 months in I’m happy with the service the communication could do with improvement but they do have a lot of clients and not as many staff to deal with capacity, with that being said i would definitely recommend

I am pleased to be enrolled onto this scheme but the service really lags. Slow communication, the customer services are pretty much unresponsive. I have been offered to use a referral scheme, forwarded names of two friends who are trying to get on the treatment, but after a month of wait nothing happened even after I have reminded the clinic that those people are their potential clients.

Treat it are the first clinic I've ever signed up with and they are brilliant. The process was easy and getting your medicine couldn't be simpler. All in all, a great clinic that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I've been with Treat-It clinic for about 8 months now and have found the staff very professional and helpful. They are very quick to listen and deal with any problems.
Issues or delays with medication were usually caused by a certain pharmacy - not the clinic , this is simply solved by using a different pharmacy.

Very simple process, everything was explained clearly, I only had to wait 4 days for a decision. And was contacted about what was available what I needed did I prefer indica or sativa or both. Five days later I had my life changing medication.

I've been a patient with Treat-It since soon after their opening and I've not once thought to shop around for another clinic.

The Dr's are knowledgeable and compassionate, the service is for the most part really speedy and the charges for consultations are sensible considering the rest of the market.

The best part for me is that I've been in a lot less pain this whole time and so I'm grateful.

After I was messed about from other clinics I can say I finally got my medication from treat I can say the service here is excellent all doctors I've spoken with are excellent and hopeful am happy with the service am getting from treat I can say I highly recommend this company to anyone who wish to join you would not be disappointed from them they can offer all different types off medicine am a happy man 🙂
