"Wish I'd switched sooner!"
I switched to Treat-It Clinic in April after being tempted by their fees compared to what I was paying with my previous clinic, 4 months later I can certainly say I most pleased and wish I had switched sooner!
The only time I've had a delay is because a particular strain of flower was out of stock and there was confusion when selecting an alternative, other than that the service so far has been excellent.
The staff I've had correspondence with either by phone or on WhatsApp have been super helpful and the longest I've waited to be connected by phone was under 15 minutes.
Personally, I feel I've received great service so far and I would definitely recommend.

"Absolutely terrible service"
Absolutely terrible service. Over the last two months I’ve spent 7+ hours on hold or on calls with them, literally not one single call has taken place without them over promising and under delivering. ‘You’re clinician will call on x at x’ then I get a call the day before not even at the right time, none of them seem to know what’s going on, clinicians quit on a button and leave you stranded, needing to go through the process again, zero accountability, it’s about £50 cheaper than the next place, but holy moly I would have paid £200 more not to go through what they’ve put me through.

"Fantastic clinic"
Fantastic clinic. Spoke to a really helpful doctor with my mum as the treatment was to support her with side effects from chemotherapy. They were compassionate and listened to us intently. A little but pricey but worth every penny. Medication was dispatched quickly

Really great clinic with fair pricing. Prescription renewal is easy and the Drs/prescribers are knowledgeable and understanding to my condition. I would recommend, especially with the new website rework, thank you :)
This was my first clinic and I received my prescription about 3 weeks from the initial contact, with check ups every 6 months or whenever I need to. They have a WhatsApp support chat which has been a lifesaver too! The support workers are helpful and have answered/resolved any queries I’ve had.
